We understand that feeling empowered at work enables us to accurately and effectively respond to situations. When we utilise our inner resources we are able to increase our capacity to contribute and interact meaningfully.

The evening seminar will explore 8 ways for becoming and remaining empowered in the work environment.

Learn how to:

* Generate self-empowerment from within

* Develop decision making power

* Increase resilience when faced with challenges

* Develop an active, rather than passive, orientation to roles at work
